How do I activate my account?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us via our Contact Page.

Ordering

What file formats will my product come in?

When you purchase a downloadable product on Fingerprint Fun, an automatic download with start once payment is approved. The file format will be a ZIP file.

A ZIP is an archive file format that supports lossless data compression. A .ZIP file may contain one or more files or directories that may have been compressed. This will make your file download much faster.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Not currently. Fingerprint Fun has been developed as an online experience, and we can only process orders made via the website.

How do I make payments using Paypal? How does it work?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Fingerprintfun.com system for your order.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal Account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

How do I know my order has been successful?

After your transaction you will see a thank you page with a clear message confirming your order has been made. You will also receive a confirmation email within about ten minutes of your transaction taking place. If the email isn’t in your inbox please check your spam messages and look out for an email from ‘Fingerprint Fun’. If the email hasn’t arrived please contact us via our contact page.

How can I track my orders & payments?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from the freight supplier.

My connection to the website keeps timing out?

If you are having trouble connecting to multiple websites then it could be worth contacting your Internet Service Provider as there may be a problem with your connection. From time to time the Fingerprint Fun website may be down for maintenance in which case please bear with us and consider trying again later.

Downloading a Digital Item

My download notification email hasn't arrived in my inbox.

Mmm… it could be in your spam or junk files, have you checked there? If you’re using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. Don’t worry you can still access your download through your Account here.

To make sure you receive further emails from us please add info (at) fingerprintfun.com and support (at) fingerprintfun.com to your address book or safe list.

I’m having trouble downloading my files.

Did you click the big blue download button and nothing happened? It could be that there is an issue with your web browser or our file.

Web browser – Try disabling any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
Our File – Contact us via our Contact Page and we’ll look into the issue ASAP.

Fingerprintfun License

Can I sell your designs once I purchase them?

NO!

All products on our website are purchased with a Personal Use License. You are not allowed to resell or redistribute or use for commercial or platform use of any kind.

What is a Personal Use License?

Personal Use is defined as: using products downloaded/purchased from our Websites for your own personal use. This means the items are not sold or distributed.

Shipping

How much is postage and packing?

At this stage we only ship throughout New Zealand and Australia. If you would like to be notified when we do ship to other countries please send us your details via our Contact Page.

How long will delivery take?

For direct downloads, your order will be received withing 15 minutes after purchase. If your direct download hasn’t arrived after 1 hour, please check the spam folder and, if it isn’t there, then please call us on +64 21 02446640 or email us at support@fingerprintfun.com.

For printed orders we normally print and dispatch within the next working day, but please allow 7-10 working days for delivery as your item will be shipped from New Zealand. If your order hasn’t arrived after 21 days then please contact us via our contact page.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Please see further details on our Returns Page.

The Fingerprint Fun website is PCI DSS compliant, which means it’s secure and legitimate. Our online shop is also securely encrypted with a SSL certificate for an extra level of security and peace of mind.
